Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AllProfiles ("AllProfiles", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the marketplace, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Marketplace

AllProfiles is a marketplace that connects clients who want to rent verified social media accounts with agents who list them. AllProfiles facilitates the connection and payment flow; all accounts are owned and operated by the real individuals who list them.

2. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use AllProfiles. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Rentals & Subscriptions

• Rentals are billed month-to-month unless otherwise noted.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Agents retain ownership of their accounts and set their own rental terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use rented accounts for:

• Illegal activity, fraud, or harassment.
• Spam, deceptive practices, or impersonation outside of the account's intended use.
• Any activity that violates the terms of the underlying platform in a way that exposes the account owner to liability.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe Connect. AllProfiles holds funds in escrow until the rental period begins and disburses to agents on the schedule described at checkout.

6. No Off-Platform Circumvention

AllProfiles invests in verification, dispute resolution, escrowed payments, and a secure rental workflow. The platform fee that funds this work is non-negotiable. To protect every party in a rental, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Off-platform contact for the purpose of avoiding fees. Sharing phone numbers, personal email addresses, social handles, or messaging-app contacts inside chat, profile fields, or any communication on AllProfiles, when the intent or effect is to move a rental, payment, or extension off the platform.
• Off-platform payment arrangements. Soliciting, accepting, or paying any consideration (cash, crypto, wire, gift cards, services-in-kind) for access to a profile that was discovered, contacted, or previously rented through AllProfiles. This applies whether or not the rental is currently active.
• Continuing rentals outside AllProfiles after a cancellation for the same parties and same profile, where the intent is to bypass platform fees.
• Circumvention by proxy. Using third parties, alternate accounts, or affiliated organizations to do any of the above on your behalf.

We monitor messages, profile content, and payment patterns for circumvention signals. Confirmed violations result in:

• Permanent ban of the user, the organization, and any known-affiliated accounts. Banned accounts cannot be reinstated.
• Forfeiture of any unpaid earnings and pending payouts at the time of the violation, where legally permitted.
• Liability for the equivalent of unpaid platform fees for any off-platform value transferred between the parties, plus reasonable enforcement costs.
• Reporting to underlying platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Upwork, X, Reddit) and, where appropriate, to law enforcement or via civil action.

Suspected violations may result in a temporary account suspension while we investigate, during which listings are hidden and payouts paused. Suspensions can be lifted if the issue is resolved; bans cannot.

7. Disputes

If a rental does not match the listing, you can open a dispute within 72 hours. Our team reviews disputes and may issue a refund, replacement, or account credit at our discretion.

8. Disclaimers

AllProfiles is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific outreach results and we are not responsible for actions taken by underlying platforms (including account suspensions triggered by client behavior).

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
